New features 🤩

Registration and payment messages, in one place

A dedicated space for every automatic message attendees receive during registration and payment: registration confirmations, payment confirmations, failed payments, cancellations, balance reminders and more. Each message groups its confirmation web page and its email side by side, so you can edit both in one place, with a real-time preview.Centralized place for all messages - idloom

Tag your events and attendees

Label your events with colour-coded tags like Conference or Webinar, and your attendees with tags like VIP or Speaker, created once and shared across your account and profiles. Filter your events list by tag, tag attendees one by one or in bulk, and use attendee tags in segments to target emails and badges.

Custom event fields - metadata

Custom event fields, previously a separate paid option, are now included in the Premium and Corporate plans. Add your own fields to every event, like department, cost center or region, as text, choice lists or dates. Share them across profiles, make them mandatory, and filter your events list by any value, with every value available through the API.

Skip the unpaid warning at check-in

A new checkbox in check-in access operator settings skips the payment warning, so attendees who haven't paid yet are checked in straight away in one step instead of two. This is handy for events where attendees pay after the event.

Keep unwanted registrations out

Keep unwanted registrations out with a list you upload. Add Guest restrictions as a new integration, upload an Excel or CSV file with the values to restrict, such as email addresses or phone numbers, and choose the column to check. When a registrant matches, the registration is blocked on submission and a message asks them to contact the organiser. Choose which profiles can use it.
