New event check-in page
A new mobile-first page for scanning attendees on site, separate from the back office. Scan a QR code, search when it won't work, and handle everything at the desk — editing, printing, notes — without leaving the page. Scanner settings are personal to each person scanning.
New ways to grant your team check-in access
Give your team check-in access without creating an idloom account for each person — issue a code to one person or to a team sharing one, with Scanning only or Full access. Every person gets their own individual access and an expiry you control, revocable at any time.

Turn a registration field into a live search box against your own spreadsheet
Upload an Excel or CSV file, attendees search and select from it as they type, and other fields — like an address or postal code — fill in automatically.

Automatic email campaigns have been refined for smoother delivery. - Export email delivery details.
Emailing exports now include bounces, unsubscribes, and full delivery status — opened, clicked, unopened, and delivery errors. - Badge photo at check-in.
The attendee's badge photo is now shown during check-in, alongside their other details. - E-invoicing for France.
idloom's e-invoicing now supports mandatory electronic invoicing for domestic B2B transactions in France.
