New peppol identifier method for E-invoicing
idloom now uses a dedicated Peppol Identifier field to ensure invoices are sent to the correct recipient on the Peppol network.
This field is directly connected to the official Peppol directory and identifies organizations using their registered identifier.
⚠️ Activating the Peppol Identifier field is essential for successful electronic invoice delivery.
For existing events, make sure to manually activate this field in your registration form settings. Without it, invoices cannot be delivered via the Peppol network.
idloom pay
Collecting online payments is now easier than ever. idloom Pay is officially fully live and ready to power your event transactions.
Activate your merchant account directly from your profile settings and start collecting payments within 2 business. With a fully integrated solution, you can manage registrations and payments easily.
Edit financial document information
You can now edit the information displayed on financial documents directly from the invoicing module.
This is especially helpful if an invoice was incomplete and needs correction — without generating a credit note and issuing a new invoice.
For our customers using Peppol and e-invoicing:
- Editing is only possible before the invoice is sent via Peppol (orange and red e-invoicing icon)
- Once transmitted to Peppol, the document is locked and can no longer be modified (green e-invoicing icon)
Changes apply only to the selected document. Attendee's registration information will not be modified.
Improved emailing dashboards
We’ve improved the performance tracking of our emailing module to provide more detailed and actionable insights.
Track opens, clicks, and engagement more accurately through enhanced dashboards and reporting.
New updates of payment providers
We have now updated several payment methods. If you experience any issues with payments, it may be related to these changes. Please contact us contact us
The payment providers concerned are: Adyen, Mollie, Elavon, and Saferpay.
