Barnum AI assistant for your attendees
Attendees and visitors can now get instant answers to their questions directly on your event website. Barnum is an AI-powered chat assistant embedded in your event site that knows your event inside and out: registration details, ticketing, schedule, location, sponsors, and any additional content you choose to add.
Organisers can enrich Barnum's knowledge at the account, profile, or event level by uploading documents, pasting content, or scraping external URLs — giving the assistant everything it needs to handle the questions that usually land in your inbox.
A built-in analytics dashboard gives organisers full visibility into every conversation, so you always know how your attendees are being supported.

Send registration data to external tools in the format they require
When connecting idloom to external platforms, every system has its own expectations for how data should arrive. You can now organise your mapped fields into structured groups that mirror the exact format your external platform expects, making integrations cleaner, faster to set up, and far less likely to require custom workarounds on the receiving end.
This is introduced as a new integration type, so all your existing integrations remain completely untouched. Any new integration you create will automatically use the new structured format.
