Video conferences

In the last weeks, due to the #covid19 crisis, the amount of video-conference calls has literally boomed to unprecedented levels. As switching from one tool to another is not the most efficient approach, we’re glad to report that we have now included a video-conference module within idloom-wall for all your internal meetings!

New mail digest design

New structure, new design, the mail digest is now ready to become your new newsletter tool. In addition, the articles are now grouped per related topic groups, making the information clearer and better structured.

Group conversation / chat

You can now initiate conversations with all members of a specific group :

Event status

Due to the #covid19 crisis, again, we’ve been asked to add an event status. You can now define if your event is registering, postponed, canceled or closed. Note that in these last two cases, the registration buttons won’t be displayed anymore.

Profiles and group images

Adding a picture to your profile or groups is now even easier, thanks to the new integrated cropping tool. Just upload your image, don’t worry about size and format, and move the image in the frame or scroll to zoom. When you’re satisfied with the result, just save, and you’re done.

Adding one file now opens the file details screen immediately

We’ve noticed that many files were missing descriptions and the display name is still often the name of the file itself. To try and improve that, if you upload only one file at a time, the file details screen will automatically pop-up.
