Multilingual events Create and manage a single event in multiple languages

One event, several languages !

Two years ago, we introduced six languages to choose from when creating your event website. At the time, we were one of the few event management softwares offering this feature, starting with our Light plan.

This year, we decided to take things to the next level by introducing complete multilingual event websites. Not only can you choose your event’s language, but you can also create events in several languages simultaneously !

In practice, your event websites and registration forms now feature a language choice menu, allowing visitors and registrants to choose their language of preference for the website and registration forms.

Of course, all idloom-features have been revamped and adapted to each langue. Confirmation messages and emails as well as documents (invoices, proformas, credit notes) are sent in the language chosen by each registrant, and all registrations are stored in a common guest list.
