Unfortunately, it happens from time to time that your events have to be canceled for reasons beyond your control. These situations can quickly prove catastrophic from an organizational and financial point of view.

At idloom, we have decided that our clients should not have to suffer the burden of cancellations all by themselves. We are proud to introduce flexible subscription plans, an insurance system/warranty allowing you to postpone your subscription in case your event has to be canceled.

How it works: if your event is cancelled due to a reason beyond your control (pandemic, natural disaster, terrorism), you will be allowed to postpone the months of license already used by 9 months. In other words, you can push back your event by 9 months at no additional license cost.

Price: the flexible months cost a premium of 15% above the regular license cost.
