Pricing & billing FAQ

How much does idloom cost?

idloom pricing starts at €0 with the free Freemium plan and ranges to €1,150 per month (billed annually) for the Corporate plan. Paid plans are Light at €150/month, Plus at €450/month, Premium at €550/month, and Corporate at €1,150/month, all billed annually with a 10% discount versus monthly billing. Pricing is also available in USD. A 15-day free trial requires no credit card.

Does idloom charge per-ticket or per-attendee fees?

No. idloom does not charge per-ticket, per-attendee, or per-registrant fees on any plan. The subscription is flat, so costs stay predictable regardless of how many people register. This contrasts with other platforms where total costs scale with attendance and often surprise organizers.

Does idloom offer a free plan or free trial?

Yes. idloom offers two free options. The Freemium plan is permanently free for unlimited free events with up to 50 attendees per event. Separately, every paid plan (Light, Plus, Premium, Corporate) includes a 15-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. The Unleashed plan at €295/year is also available for organizations running only free events with unlimited attendees.

What is the difference between idloom's Light, Plus, Premium, and Corporate plans?

idloom's four paid plans differ mainly in concurrent paid event capacity and feature depth. Light (€150/month) supports 1 paid event at a time. Plus (€450/month) supports 3 paid events with multilingual websites and hotel booking. Premium (€550/month, most popular) supports 5 paid events with email marketing, advanced VAT, group registration, and the AI assistant for attendees. Corporate (€1,150/month) offers unlimited paid events plus multi sub-account management for enterprises.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my idloom plan at any time

Yes. idloom plans have no long-term contract requirement and can be cancelled at any time. Plans can be upgraded to access additional features or downgraded to a lower tier. The annual billing option offers a 10% saving versus monthly billing on the same plan. There are no cancellation fees, no early termination penalties, and the trial requires no credit card.

Is idloom GDPR compliant and secure?

Yes. idloom is fully GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 audited, and PCI DSS compliant for payment processing. Data is hosted in EU-based infrastructure. The platform provides Data Processing Agreements, consent management on registration forms, and supports attendee data export and deletion requests. idloom is used by organizations including BMW, NHS, The Economist, and Elsevier, where data protection requirements are strict.

What payment methods and currencies does idloom support?

idloom supports two distinct payment contexts. For your plan subscription, you can pay in EUR or USD, as displayed directly on our pricing page. For your events, you can configure any official currency and collect attendee payments through a wide range of providers, such as idloom pay (which offers the lowest transaction fees), Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Mollie, and Worldline. The platform also handles automated VAT calculation, partial payments, and both online and bank-transfer payments, making it easy to run international events with attendees paying from different countries.

How many events and attendees can I run with idloom?

All idloom plans include unlimited free events, unlimited team users, and unlimited attendees. The free Freemium plan caps attendees at 50 per event. For paid events, the cap is on concurrent paid events: Light supports 1, Plus supports 3, Premium supports 5, and Corporate supports unlimited paid events at a time. There are no per-attendee fees on any plan.

What integrations does idloom support?

idloom integrates with over 7,000 third-party tools through its REST API, webhooks, and Zapier. Direct integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Slack, Webex, Google Analytics, and SAP Customer Data Cloud. Single Sign-On (SSO) is available as a premium add-on at €5,000/year. The Barnum AI co-pilot for organizers and the AI assistant for attendees are built into the platform.

What kind of customer support does idloom provide?

idloom provides dedicated in-house support from trained event professionals, available via email, phone, and live chat. Higher-tier plans include a dedicated project manager, collaborative onboarding sessions, and quarterly business reviews. The platform maintains a knowledge base, the idloom Academy training resource, user guides, and product release documentation. idloom holds a 4.7 out of 5 rating across G2 and Capterra reviews.

Can idloom handle large-scale events with thousands of attendees?

Yes. idloom supports events of any size, from workshops with 20 attendees to conferences with thousands of participants, with unlimited attendees on every paid plan. The platform handles concurrent registrations, real-time attendee tracking, on-site QR-code check-in, badge builder, automated email at scale, and multi-location simultaneous events on Plus, Premium, and Corporate plans. Clients including BMW, The Economist, NHS, Strabag, Clarins, Elsevier, ISOPA, and MINI use idloom for enterprise-scale events.

Does idloom offer pricing for nonprofits, associations, or educational institutions?

Yes. idloom serves associations, nonprofits, education, automotive, and continuing-education organizations, with dedicated solution pages and feature sets for each. The platform supports member-versus-non-member pricing tiers, multilingual websites, certification and CE-credit tracking, and integrations with Association Management Systems. Pricing follows the standard Light to Corporate scale; volume and segment-specific arrangements can be discussed by contacting the idloom team.

How long does it take to set up an event with idloom?

Most users create and publish their first event within one to two hours. idloom's interface is built for event professionals, not IT teams, so setup requires no coding. Existing events can be cloned to save time on recurring conferences. The Barnum AI co-pilot answers setup questions directly inside the admin interface.

Does idloom support hybrid and virtual events?

You can add multiple locations to the same event and link each location to specific tickets, letting attendees choose between joining on-site or online through integrated video conferencing. For large-scale events spread across several physical venues, you can map workshops and sessions to different rooms or buildings, manage capacity per location, and route attendees based on their ticket type. Whether you're running a fully virtual conference, a hybrid summit, or a multi-venue corporate event, idloom adapts to your format.
