Sales Officer

We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team !

Role

  • Help in building up idloom’s business activities
  • Discover and pursue new sales opportunities, present idloom’s software to prospects, negotiate deals and ensure customer satisfaction

Activities & responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings and/or product demos with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Qualifications 

  • English and French speaker with full professional proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Graduated from a Business school or 1-2 years of experience in Sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Quick learner
  • Passionate about sales
  • Competitive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Positive attitude and team spirit
