We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team !
Role
- Help in building up idloom’s business activities
- Discover and pursue new sales opportunities, present idloom’s software to prospects, negotiate deals and ensure customer satisfaction
Activities & responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities
- Set up meetings and/or product demos with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Qualifications
- English and French speaker with full professional proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Graduated from a Business school or 1-2 years of experience in Sales
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Quick learner
- Passionate about sales
- Competitive and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Positive attitude and team spirit
