The Belgian Event Awards are an annual competition celebrating outstanding achievements in event communication. Therefore, there's no better audience to assess idloom's features and services.

Christophe De Clercq, organizer of the BEA, noted that idloom's capabilities and applications are continually evolving. Thus, during registration, participants could include a photo, enabling facial recognition for badge distribution at the entrance.
