Introduction to our New Modules

Join idloom on its journey to a new era - the era of Modules! We are excited to introduce our inaugural pair of Modules, marking a pivotal step in our evolution towards delivering the ultimate event management experience.

  1. Identity Management Module:

    Our Identity Manager, also known as Identity and Access Management (IAM), is your gateway to a secure and user-friendly digital world. Here's why it's a game-changer:


    🛡️ Fortified Security: Protect your digital assets with robust authentication and authorization, keeping unauthorized access at bay.

    🚀 Simplified Access: Achieve Single Sign-On (SSO) bliss, where one login gets you into all your apps, boosting user convenience and productivity.

    👤 User Lifecycle Magic: Say goodbye to access management headaches. Onboard, offboard, and manage user access with ease.

    🔐 Compliance Confidence: Stay on the right side of regulations with built-in security measures.

  2. New Invoice Module:
    Effectively manage your finances with idloom’s new Invoice Module!

    📊 Financial documents: Managing your finances has never been easier - View and manage invoices, proformas, and credit notes for your events.
    💡 Increased flexibility with VAT Rules: Apply different VAT rules at the item level, whether it's categories or options. This means you can tailor your VAT rules to specific items within your event, ensuring precise taxation for each element.
    📓 Journals: Our latest feature, Journals, enables you to customize your financial documents according to your needs, per event.
    👥 Customers and Transactions: We have fine-tuned our payment transactions & timeline feature for a smoother, glitch-free experience. Providing you with more flexibility with categories and ticket changes.

1. Navigate between Modules

At idloom, we currently offer three modules:

In order to move between different modules, please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Menu" button.
  2. Select the desired module. 

The module will open in a new tab.

Navigate through the modules.

2. Identity Management

If you are on the Identity Module:

  1. Click on the Edit My Details button on the home page. 


If you are on the Identity Module or Invoice Module:

  1. Click on the "Initials" button in the top right corner.
  2. Click on the "Manage your idloom account" button.

Go to your User details.
If you are in another Module:

  1. Click on the "Person" button in the top right corner.
  2. Click on the "My Details" button.

Click on "My details" button.

3. Details modification

On the “My details” page, you will find your Essentials and Regional Settings. 

In the Essentials Settings, you can modify:

  1. Your email address – The email field is mandatory.  
  2. Your first and last name – These are mandatory fields as well.
  3. The Daily Event Digest email – If you activate this checkbox, you will receive automatic emails daily with new statistics on your event from the last 24 hours.

    In the Regional Settings you can select:
  4. The Language of your Backend - This is the language you will see the settings and menus.
  5. The Locale – This field will define the Regional settings for your dates, times, and other settings.           
  6. The Measurement system - You can choose between Metric and Imperial Measurement systems.
  7. The Time Zone – Select the time zone you are located in.

  8. Click on the “Save” button to update your detail
