Accessibility Statement for idloom Event Registration

1. Scope

   This statement applies to the the front-end User Interface (UI) of idloom’s event registration SaaS platform, and including all pages.
    

2. Conformance Status

   This platform is designed to conform with:

   • EN 301 549 (Edition V3.2.1) – ICT products and services accessibility requirements
   • WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA

   Conformance has been evaluated via manual testing and automated scanning (AccessScan from AccessiBe), and documented in our Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5Rev, June 28 2025)
    

3. Assessment Methodology

   • Manual inspection by accessibility specialists
   • Automated testing with AccessScan (accessiBe)
   • Review against EN 301 549 clauses and WCAG 2.1 Success Criteria
   • Live testing on staging environment
      
4. Known Limitations

   While all applicable criteria are met (“Supports”), a small number might still be "Partially Supports" or "Does Not Support" per EN 301 549 scoping in case the event owner (idloom’s Customer) is using non-standard features in the online form, or do not follow accessibility standards in setting the tool parameters (e.g. contrast ratio of at below 4.5:1 for visual presentation of text) or in adding content (e.g. text, pictures, and so on). 6. Technical Specifications

   Our platform is built using standard web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ARIA) and is compatible with modern browsers and assistive technologies, including:

   • Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver)
   • Keyboard navigation only
   • Zoom up to 200 % without loss of content or functionality
