We are looking for a Junior Business Developer to join our team!

Role

  • Develop idloom’s business activities with a focus on strategic partnerships
  • Manage current and identify new business opportunities
  • Present idloom’s software to prospects and potential partners, negotiate deals and ensure customer satisfaction

Activities & responsibilities

  • Identify key business and partnership opportunities  
  • Materialize opportunities by reaching out and establishing a relationship of trust with key stakeholders
  • Set up information sessions, individual sales meetings, network events and inspirational sessions
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Organize partner training sessions
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

Qualifications 

  • English and French speaker with full professional proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • German is a real asset
  • Graduated from a Business school OR 1-2 years of experience as Junior Business Developer or equivalent role
  • Passionate about sales, networking & building strong relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Pro-active problem solver, entrepreneurial, customer-oriented
  • Team player, yet autonomous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Organized, able to prioritize and to manage multiple tasks across simultaneous projects
